Usually, this is where I would advertise the Collab feature, but learning how to put a game together gets easier and easier. At the same time you and an aspiring game dev would have to spend a lot of time just on communication. And none of you is contractually bound, so the entire project could fall through at any time.

If you were thinking about a 'Visual Novel' for instance, you could look into Ren'Py which produces satisfying results:

THAT ACTUALLY HELPS A LOT, i wanted to make a visual novel for a friend who rlly likes a character as a gift and this would be perfect! İ try it after exams and if you have any more of these i appreciate it a lot

And also i dunno much about collab feature bc like you said me and another dev would have to spend too much time and i do enjoy working alone a lot, but if i ever need it i look into it, thank you !

@Pepperbenmin666 I had a suspicion when I saw your art style... ;)

Ren'Py is what 'most' artists and storytellers use for Visual Novels. Feature-wise it comes with "everything" you need, but "doing cool effects" doesn't seem to be part of its repertoire.
Also: It is free - even for commercial use. If you ever become popular in that scene, you will not have to worry about licensing issues like the ones 'Unity' devs experienced/are experiencing. And it is open source, which helps with 'future-proofing'.

There might be issues with running it in certain browsers, but downloadable versions (itch.io) always worked fine for me as a consumer.

The only thing I would tell you to be weary of would be that saved game-states have a tendency to be corrupted if you try to load them from an updated version of the same game. If you ever release something, avoid making lots of tiny updates and tell your audience about those issues 'before' they install the updated version over their old one. ;)

These are so helpful... THANK YOU LOTS i be sure to try it out since it even has a guide for ppl like me who struggle with coding

İ keep the last thing in mind since i did want to have a beta test it before i fully publish it

ALSO being able to tell bc of my art style was a jumpscare but i cant blame you i have the art style of a art kid whos been dying to make their own dating sim °∆°

@Pepperbenmin666 I just meant that your art style lends itself better to a Visual Novel than to a platformer or first-person shooter. ;3
